Ashleigh Drive is the newest subdivision in the village. The developer is Bruce Thomas. It is a 60.9-acre parcel located south off Bell Road at the South Russell/ Newbury Corporation line, the most easterly section of the village. It was developed where the former Kingswood Gun Club was located.
Ashleigh Drive became a dedicated road on September 23, 2002.
Currently, lots are for sale and homes are being built. There are 18 lots in this development and currently 5 homes are under construction or occupied.
All homes will be on septic systems and on wells.
Voting is in Precinct D located at the South Russell Service Building.
