First known as Pleasant Acres II, the Bel-Meadows Subdivision is a horseshoe development connecting East Bel-Meadow Lane and West Bel-Meadow Lane.
Located east of the Bell Road/ Chillicothe Road intersection and north off Bell Road, Pleasant Acres II was developed by G. N. Barriball and F. X. Thuringer and plotted on November 16, 1953.
Bel-Meadows consists of 73 homes.
There are eleven homes in the original plot that are located on Bell Road.
Voting is in Precinct B located at Gurney School.
Geauga County sanitary sewers service the Bel-Meadows area and all homes are on wells.
At the present time there is no active Homeowners Association or contact person.
