Located just east of the Bell Road/ Chillicothe Road intersection, the main common drive runs south off Bell Road. Within the development are the nine side roads. Annandale Drive, Westover Drive, Wolfpen Drive, Fairfax Drive, Potomac Drive, Waterford Drive, Bishop Drive, Foxhall Drive and Dorset Drive are all the roads off of the main circular road Kensington Circle. Within the Kensington Circle this is where the developments common land is that includes walking paths. There is also common land to each side of the entrance and along Bell Road.
Kensington Green was developed in 1987 on the original land of the Chagrin Falls Airport. The airport operated from 1937 and closed in 1980.
Kensington Green plot was developed in three phases.
Phase I was Kensington Drive. Phase II was Annandale, Westover, Wolfpen and Fairfax. Phase III was Foxhall, Dorset, Potomac, Waterford and Bishop. All roads were accepted for dedication on September 14, 1987.
This is another lake community. With a single lake on the southwest entrance of the main drive off Bell Road, it is also considered a private recreational area for the development.
