Lake Louise, first known as the Lake Louise Land Company was developed by Herbert E. Farrow and first plotted on September 25, 1956.
Ridgecrest Drive, Louise Drive, Garden Park Drive, Green Valley Drive, Morningside Drive and Cascades Drive all are part of this private lake community. Louise Drive was first named Sunset Drive but in 1958 the post office asked for a name change because there were already several streets with that name in the postal territory. These roads were accepted and dedicated by the village on April 10, 1962. Several homes on Bell Road are also part of the association.
Considered another lake community of South Russell, a beech with swings and a new pavilion built by the homeowners association are all part of the recreational area and a private tennis court is also available.
There are 60 homes in this development.
Currently all homes are on septic systems and on wells.
Voting is in Precinct D located at the South Russell Service Building.
The current Homeowners Association President or contact person is: President Kevin Keesler at 338-6948.
