Manor Brook Garden Condominiums are located off Chillicothe Road in the north section of the village.
Plot acceptance and dedication of the road was on July 28, 1980. The privately owned condominiums were the first section (Phase I) for this development and built by Thomas & Thomas Manor Brook Development Company Builders. They are located off Manor Brook Drive in Blocks “A” through “F” on private cul-de-sac spur roads that are not dedicated by South Russell Village.
In 1988, Snavely Builders completed the remaining condominiums in Blocks “G” through “J” in the Whitetail Condominiums.
There are a total of 29 homes in the Garden Condominiums “A” – “F”.
Voting is in Precinct A located at Gurney School.
Geauga County sanitary sewers service the Garden Condominiums and all condos are on the Whitetail private water system.
