Maple Hill Drive (the Ames Property on Bell Road) was developed by Tony Campagne and is located in the east end of the village, north off Bell Road. It was first plotted on May 26, 1959. A request on December 10, 1963 to have the road dedicated so the village could snowplow the road for the winter came with the acceptance and dedication of the road on January 1, 1964.
Currently there are 40 homes in this development.
Voting is in Precinct B located at Gurney School.
Currently all homes are on septic systems and on wells.
