The Reserve at Whitetail Run is located off Chillicothe Road and located in the northern section of the village. Part of Manor Brook Drive it was built by Snavely Builders.
The first plot of this development including Reserve Trail, Woodland Court, Fawn Court and a portion of Manor Brook Drive was accepted and dedicated on November 28, 1994.
The second plot includes Reserve Trail and Doe Court and was accepted for dedication on August 12, 1996.
Manor Brook Drive is a connector road between Chillicothe Road and Alderwood Trail that is located in Emerald Lakes II. Manor Brook Drive did not go through to Alderwood Trail until October 23, 1995 when connecting the two developments together would resolve a safety issue. Although most homes on Manor Brook Drive are located in the Reserve at Whitetail Run, the last eleven homes in the most westerly section on Manor Brook Drive are in Emerald Lakes II.
There are a total of 49 homes in The Reserve at Whitetail Run.
Voting is in Precinct A located at Gurney School.
Geauga County sanitary sewers service The Reserve at Whitetail Run and all homes are on wells.
The Reserve is part of the Whitetail Run Community Association.
