Whitetail Condominiums are located of Chillicothe Road in the north section of the village.
Plot acceptance and dedication of the Manor Brook Drive was on October 10, 1988. The privately owned condominiums were the second section (Phase II) of this development built by Snavely Builders. The condominiums are located off Manor Brook Drive in Blocks “G” through “J” on private cul-de-sac spur roads that are not dedicated by South Russell Village.
There are a total of 44 homes in the Whitetail Condominiums.
Voting is in Precinct A located at Gurney School.
Geauga County sanitary sewers service the Garden Condominiums and all condos are on the Whitetail private water system.
