Whitetail Run Community Association is located off Manor Brook Drive in the north section of the village.
Whitetail Run Community is the homes of Whitetail Drive and Deere Court, the Whitetail Condominium Association and the homes of the Reserve.
We serve 129 families in our community. The plot acceptance and dedication of the roads was on September 12, 1988.
Voting is in Precinct A located at Gurney School.
The community is served by the Geauga County Department of Water Resources for sanitary sewers.
All homes and condominiums except the homes in the Reserve are on the Community's central water system.
