The 'Developments' section is a new addition to the South Russell Village website.
The purpose of this section is to provide information about the various developments located within the Village of South
Russell.
Information in this section is comprised of:
• A brief history of the development as they were plotted and accepted by South Russell Village for dedication.
• Information about the development and what is offered.
• The number of homes within the development.
• If the homes in the development are serviced by sewer or septic.
• If there is an active homeowners association and the name of the president or contact person.
• What the voting precinct is and voting location. See map below.

We'll continually be building and compiling information within this section. Anyone with additional information or history regarding his or her subdivision is invited to send it to the Webmaster as information is added and updated.
It is important that as Homeowner Association Presidents or contact person(s) change the village be notified so updates can be made. If a Homeowners Association meeting is scheduled, it can also be included in the village website calendar if we are advised 30 days prior to the scheduled meeting.
Not all homes in the village are located in a development or subdivision and not all subdivisions have an active homeowners association.
